Default Grafana Dashboard for YAMCS Prometheus plugin

I'll be using grafana in front of prometheus and will be creating a grafana dashboard example based on what is provided by the yamcs-prometheus adapter by default.

I'll also be posting this to https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/?search=yamcs after review

@fqqb would there be any easy way to get more information about number of sockets being utilized at a given point in time.

Doesn't look like there's a Java API for that.
I think I would use node_exporter for this type of information: https://github.com/prometheus/node_exporter
