This was a cool functionality that allowed the making of a new doctor while updating the patient so that we would not have to first make a new doctor by oncall command and then assign a patient.

This was done so that the patient and doctor lists were complementary of situation.

Reason for disagreement: I think there is a slight logic flaw in your intention. I am unsure of what you mean 'the patient and doctor lists were complementary of situation'? In terms of typing the command, there is no difference in the speed of registering the doctor first then assigning the patient, compared to if you were to do it the other way around. I am unsure if you need this functionality in the first place.

I am also unsure if there are situations where you need to be able to create a new doctor in an emergency, unlike creating a new patient in an emergency?

Overall, I don't think this feature is required at all. It might only cause confusion to have a patient treated in the hospital by a doctor not registered to be working at the hospital.

It does not affect normal operations of the product, except for if the user unintentionally created a new doctor while assigning one to a patient and forgot to include that doctor into the registry. It may add confusion as to why a patient is being treated by a doctor of unknown specialty.
