Galaxy instance is down #69

Hi!

I was trying to access the ARGs-OAP galaxy instance (http://smile.hku.hk/SARGs) and it seems to be down, is it an issue on Galaxy's side? was it removed for good?

Yes, it is down.

You may use the local version instead.

Hey!

Yes, I regularly use the local version and runs smoothly. I was just trying to show a colleague how to use this tool but she doesn't have a lot of "technical" knowledge or access to an Ubuntu/OSx so I thought the Galaxy instance would be an accessible way for her to learn and carry out her own analyses.
Are you planning on making it work again?

I don't know TBH. The server is not maintained by me.

Update SARG db link in crude_db_harmonisation

The SARG database link was broken (xinehc/args_oap#69), so another link to SARG db from its argsoap github repo is now used (https://github.com/xinehc/args_oap/blob/main/src/args_oap/db/sarg.fasta)
