Issues with APK backend and provides

As seen in https://appstream.alpinelinux.org/html/edge/main/issues/font-cantarell.html

We just re-generated the whole of the appstream data, and it's failing to create cantarell, as it's considering the old name in the provides. This also causes issues with the GS plugin. Just leaving it here for reference, I don't expect this to be the maintainer's responsibility
