Issue description

if i try to load FE into my Car, the Portable Energy Interface is connecting to the one in my car, but it isn't filling the accumulator or able to power anything different on my car, altough with connectors possitioned right etc.
i set all 2 Interfaces on the 2. mode.

Issue reproduction

when trying to transfer FE from a stational interface to a interface in a car.

Yeah, true, but CCA’s Portable Energy Interface has a ton of bugs—way more than the fluid or item ones. I couldn’t fix it either. Basically, it won’t work at all if it’s not on a Create Contraption. Even if it connects, it won’t transfer power. I suggest you use something else, like Mekanism’s Quantum Entangloporter or a Tesseract, for energy transfer.
