Portable interfaces (storage, fluid, energy) do not work

Portable storage/fluid/energy interfaces do not work between ships and the world, even with the right working mode set on both interfaces. They connect, but no actual transfer takes place.

I am unable to figure out how to get them to work. Please let me know if there is any fix or method to get them working.

you need to use another pump to move the fluid out of the fluid interface and into other stuff
