It seems like a pretty regular Code of Conduct, maybe with added parts about being "apolitical" (which is often included in those anyway)
If you are trying to make "anti-Woke/DEI" type of CoC... then you failed.
The sole mention of accepting diversity, even if you mean neurodiversity or disabilities (and if you wanted to exclude LGBT people, you shouldn't've used "natural", as being LGBTQ+ is just as natural as being neurodiverse) means it conforms to more "woke agenda" (or at least what anti-woke crowd calls it).
Because, you might not know this (and that's fine, we all learn), but "wokeness" is the reason your diversity, you being AuDHD, is accepted. Wokeness made it so that you would not be institutionalized for things you are not in control of (oh look, another similarity between LGBTQ+ people and neurodivergent people)
You being proud neurodivergent person makes you woke. You are pandering to the crowd, which will turn against you, once they deem it appropriate.
You don't have to be super-woke or an activist, that's fine, most people don't have to care too much about this stuff, that's normal, but being very into anti-woke rhetoric is fitting into an agenda that You yourself should not be accepted. And you don't see that only because the current fog of war hides the fact that wokeness is not just about LGBTQ+ people.
