Option to upload revised version of the paper.

After receiving the reviewer comments, authors will upload the revised paper again.

Following options are to be provided:

1. once authors submit the paper, they can able to modify/delete the submitted paper before paper sub mission deadline.
2. When they delete uploaded paper, the whole paper which was submitted earlier status has to be changed to draft.
3. If field is not there to achieve above functionality you can add submissionStatus field where we store wether is submitted or draft
4. once submission deadline crosses, reviewers will review the paper and asks authors to upload the updated paper. Now authors should get option to upload updated paper. Version has to be updated for each upload.
5. while submitting revised paper, it can be same as new submission but here all fields will be prefilled.
