Instant crash problem

On a fresh copy of the game, i tried to follow this guide to mod the game.

After installing the ENB the guide uses, launching through nvse_loader.exe opens a window, which sometimes shows a few frames of New Vegas before crashing.

That guide is outdated and very, very, very much incorrect. The issue is not related to NVSE in any way.
Please follow Viva New Vegas. Also, don't use ENB. It's broken in FNV and will never get fixed.
