allow blacklistedEntities support entity tags as well as specific entities.

currently blacklistedEntities only allows for specific entity entries, however it would be easier for larger modpacks to be able to use an entity tag, like `#c:bosses` or `#neoforge:bosses`

i dont know enough bout java or the neoforge api, to be able to do a pull request.
