List message can be change to a better message if no person in the contacts

When there is no contacts in the app, the message show "listed all person" which will confused the user.
Suggestion: give another message when there is no contacts but user imput the list command "No contacts in the app'"

The current message reports things correctly, as when there are no contacts, all contacts listed shows no one. This is more personal preference on how the message should be phrased and could considered in the future
