When I change the checkstates of the checkboxes, the new settings are saved only for the duration of the current session. After restarting the program, the code is again displayed in italics and bold, and the checkboxes are checked again.

Didn't find any bug that could cause this. But during the search I have done big changes to the styling code => the problem might be resolved by now without me even noticing how.
