Hi, just saw this! It is implemented, but it's up to you to define.

It's extremely basic. Define it as a 2-tuple or 2 item list:

tools.lg_authority.site_template = [ '<html><head><title>blah</title></head><body><div class="wrapper">', '</div></body></html>' ]

Just like that. Source is from lg_authority/controls/lgauth.py. It claims it supports a function but it doesn't... Oops. I should really just fix the error message there. The function couldn't do much anyway.
