I have the singleM otu tables; I want to combine them and construct a per-site matrix. When I did that, I only got the prokaryotic members; how can I get this from all of the otus identified with singleM?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Apologies for the slow response. When you are combining them, what method are you using? Right now the condense method removes eukaryotic OTUs because these aren't appropriate to use with eukaryotes, for various reasons e.g. the genes may not be single copy.
