Context of the issue/feature

As the AET user I would like to be informed if a given issue reported by AET healthcheck tests (e.g. status code, accessibility, w3c) is a new one or has been already reported. It can be marked with some "new" logo.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run a test with some page containing a missing asset (the 404 status code is displayed on this page)
  2. Go to the report
  3. Note that the 404 status code issues is reported
  4. Re-run the test
  5. Note that the same 404 status code issues is reported
  6. Note that there is no information saying whether this issue is a new one or was reported before
