Shortcuts crash Quickstep

Finally upgraded my old Android 10 phone to something running pretty close to base Android 13.

If I create a desktop shortcut, then click on it, Quickstep will crash. (Which honestly, I think is pretty impressive.)

FWIW, when I change launchers, shortcuts started working again. If that helps narrow down the issue in any way.
