I’ve been trying to run your model and evaluate it on an independent test set. However, I’ve encountered an issue: it seems the DNAbert_3mer model file is missing from the repository.
Would you be able to share the pretrained model or include the DNAbert_3mer file in the repository? I’d like to ensure I’m using the exact same DNABert version as you did for consistency.
