Magic Link login identified as a signup

Steps to reproduce

1. Use an existing email address and send yourself a magic link.
2. Go back.
3. Use a new email address and send yourself a magic link.
4. Click the login magic link.

Expected: the user is sent to the login epilogue view.
Actual: the user is sent to the signup confirmation view.
