2FA view "flickers" when authing from keychain

The ref link had nothing to do with SIWA, and I didn't see any problem with SIWA 2FA. I've updated the issue to reflect the actual problem described in the linked P2.

@kyleaparker I'm unable to reproduce this. I tried on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPad Pro 11. Is there any more information you can provide? Thanks!

I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro. I just tested this again and the first time I signed in it didn't happen. I signed out and tried again and it happened the second time

I'm certain I've noted this before in beta testing but couldn't find the reference! I spotted a similar report from 13.5 beta testing from someone else and they included a video 👍 (internal reference: p5T066-136-p2#comment-3736).

@kyleaparker what version of iOS were you using when you tested this? I can't reproduce it on iOS 13.7, and looking at the delegate methods Apple provides for iCloud Keychain, I'm thinking this could be an iOS bug. It was reproducible on TestFlight build 13.5.0.3 (iPhone XS, iOS 13.1.3) from another user.

@mindgraffiti I was testing on iOS 13.7. It's also only when I use the keychain credentials from the "Get Started" screen. I just tested again and it doesn't seem to happen every time so I'm not exactly sure why it only does it sometimes 😕
