The "Load More" button is not functioning as expected on iOS

I found a couple of issues with the Load More button on iOS.

1. Sometimes, when I tap the "Load More" button, the app retrieves content from the server and inject them correctly in place, but also removes all other posts that were previously available after the "Load More" button.

2. When i tap the "Load More" button it does do anything

3. As shown in this video, the "Load More" button fetches new content from the server, but it doesn't inject the content where the button was rendered on the screen. Instead, 2 posts were added at the end of the feed. After I initiated a pull-to-refresh gesture, the posts appeared on the screen where the "Load More" button had been.
