Disable emacs key bindings in the terminal window

There are quite a few command line utilities that you might run in VS Code's terminal window that use C-x and C-c for special things (e.g. "vi", "jj describe" and "emacs -nw" for that matter, to name only three).

Applying the emacs bindings inside the VS Code terminal window makes using these tools impossible.
