Page loading issue after scrolling

If we try to open the sign in page after scrolling a bit on any other page, it opens with the bottom of the sign in page. I'd like to work on fixing this.

Actually this issue is on all the pages!
The pages don't always load from the top if you had already scrolled even a bit on any other page.
It loads from top if you were on the top on the other page only.
I'd like to fix this.

We can implement a ScrollToTop component in the frontend
