Hi,
I have been working on a lifting "app" myself and am wondering if you'd like to use what I have made so far with mine as yours is much better and I am not at all a capable developer. Its in a spreadsheet so its not truly an app but looking at the coding hopefully you can see the logic. I have attached the file for review. Macros are not needed to see the functionality so you can leave them disabled, They are for adding the completed workout to a log and auto incrementing the weight increase for the next workout. I would love to help collaborate and build this or help any way i can. Let me know what you think. Thank you

Hey! Actually I've been working on adding some kind of (automatic) progression to the routines, as well as making them more flexible so they won't need to fit on a week. This is not yet completely ready, but it already works. That being said, all contributions are very welcome! Perhaps we can discuss some ideas next year or so
