Add GitHub Discussions #1094

I believe it would be a good idea to add GitHub Discussions to the project. Benefits include:

Provides a space for general questions about the project
Newbies can receive help more easily (asking a question in Discussions is less daunting than opening a new issue)
Redirects some of the GitHub Issues traffic (see 1. - questions will go in discussions instead of issues)

Also, Discussions are easy to set up (one click in settings).

@wesbos what is your opinion on this?
