1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

1、数据比对完成后，在data_compare_task中显示有158行数据不一致；
2、使用dbms-ctl verify gen -s xxx -t xxx -o xxx ，产生的fix.sql文件中只有1行数据的修复信息；
3、fix.sql中缺失了另外157行数据的修复；

产生的fix.sql能展示所有158行数据的修复方法；

3. What did you see instead (Required)

产生的fix.sql只有1行数据的修复方法；

v0.0.18
