new interface to add/remove/edit repos in homebrew app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have added a few ned repos to homebrew app (root on my tv), but dev-manager-desktop is not showing apps from those repos, also I see the apps installed on my tv from the repos in the app but cant modify them.

Its clear app is not fetching the new repos added.

Describe the solution you'd like
By adding a new interface/tab to add/remove/edit repos in homebrew app, and integrate repo info with dev-manager-desktop so it can read repos, it should solve the main issue.

but having a way to edit the repos remotely (add/remove/edit) would also be good as copy/paste dont work in webos.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not use dev-manager-desktop for apps installed from new repos
