Currently all users are able to manage their wishlist in their account.
When having only one wishlist per account this seems to be a bit redundant. I wanted to disable the menu link in the account, but this didn't seem possible yet.
I've created a PR (#20) which makes it configurable for users to manage their wishlist in their account.
