I made a quick and dirty poc locally where a user can click on a job listing and it would open a modal that displays more information about the job. imo this would lead to a better UX because the user can stay on this site and view basic, but relevant information before going to an external site.

This is a nice one - totally agree on practicality.

It will require us to collect more info, but why not.

also please check 2 opened issues - maybe we an sync them within the next release.
