Upload LFS Error: batch response: Repository or object not found

When I clone the arkui-linux to local, then push to Mega service http://localhost:8000/third-part/openeuler/arkui-linux, I encounter an LFS error batch response: Repository or object not found: http://localhost:8000/third-part/openeuler/arkui-linux.git/info/lfs/objects/batch.
