Enforce Puppeteer window-size args for headed runs

Summary

• always pass a calculated --window-size argument for headed Puppeteer sessions instead of maximizing the window
• ensure launch logging reflects the exact window-size value used for the viewport configuration
• add unit coverage for the Puppeteer YAML player launcher to assert window-size arguments and absence of start-maximized flags
