Ability to handle "zero event" generation #6
Description
Use Case
The DR event simulator should inform the user of the probability of when there are no events. Currently, the simulator has a minimum event count of 1; thus probability of no event being called is discarded. It would be nice to have a feature where the user knows what the probability of no events along with the events being generated.
Solution
Along with the events generated, the data should also tell the probability that there are no events.
