Feature Request / Question: How to handle future dated transactions and planned expenses? #1673

Hi there,

First of all, I wanted to congratulate you on this amazing project! Sure Finance is a fantastic tool, and I’m really enjoying its clean interface and the way it handles financial tracking. It has quickly become my go-to self-hosted solution for managing my portfolio.

I have a question regarding future transactions. I recently received a utility bill that will be debited from my bank account in about 10 days. I already know the exact amount, and I would like to record it now to keep my planning accurate.

However, when I try to create a new transaction, the system doesn't allow me to select a future date.

Is there a specific way or a "workaround" to input a one-time future expense?

I noticed the "Mark Recurring" option, but since my utility bills change every month, a fixed recurring transaction isn't ideal.

I’ve read in some notes that Projected Cashflow and Future Posting might be on the roadmap. Is this something currently available that I might have missed in the settings, or is it a feature planned for a future release?

Thank you again for your hard work on this app!
