Warning: AppsCase Adware

I just tried to access panel.getwarden.net, but I'm concerned there is something dodgy going on with it.

I was redirected to rep.appscase.com (I didn't realise at first), where I was asked to complete a captcha, then Firefox asked for my permission to install software. It was at this point I noticed I had been redirected.

I can only guess that panel.getwarden.net has been hacked?

Same here. I'm pretty sure that the domain has not been renewed on time.

whois would seem to agree: https://www.whois.net/ says the nameservers are owned by ParkLogic, which is basically a domain squatter.
