Link to Abbreviations in Contents not working #119

I found that the link in the contents page to the list of abbreviations was not working. It sent me to the abstractnl instead.
Others were working correctly (although I don't use all possible pages).

What I found fixed the problem was to add \phantomsection to the last empty brackets in

\newcommand{\includeabbreviations}[1]{%
  % Use this command when making the abbreviation manually. Using the
  \IncludeUnnumberedChapterIfExists{#1}{Abbreviations}{\instructionslistofsymbols}{\phantomsection}
}
