file dutch.ldf was not found #113

(Ubuntu 18)
At first I could not compile the latex template (without any modifications to its content) due to the following error:

! Package babel Error: Unknown option `dutch'. Either you misspelled it
(babel) or the language definition file dutch.ldf was not found.

It was solved when installed the following package:

sudo apt-get install texlive-lang-european

Perhaps it would be useful for someone else to mention it in the Readme (... or maybe it is already mentioned and I overlooked :-) ).
