Case sensitive short URL issue #1

Hi Kui, this TipAddress project is a very good idea, however the short URL is case sensitive which is not good as it will lead to a lot of issues. Example, someone can create elonmusk, Elonmusk, ElonMusk, eLonmusk, etc... which will lead to potential frauds or mistakes when sending BCH to someone... Example on IOS when we enter a word the first letter is always in capital by default... So lets says someone created an Elonmusk account and someone is sending money to elonmusk but by mistake typing Elonmusk... The one who created Elonmush will receive elonmusk money. And what if Elonmusk was not even existing as short URL, the money would probably be lost as it is not linked to a BCH address. I believe that you should correct this quickly and remove from your DB all short URL which are case sensitive. Example I created for myself bchaddress, Bchaddress, BCHaddress, BCHADDRESS, you should only keep bchaddress and remove the other ones. All the best.
