Keep inline decorations between saves in Run on Save mode

Tinkering with Quokka during some API practice, reading into "Run Modes". To avoid my code typing spamming an API as I write code, I set the quokka run mode to "Run on Save", which is almost perfect. My problem is that as soon as an edit is made to the file after save, the quokka debug vanishes until the next save.

My feature request is to have the quokka debug linger after save - maybe grey the text or something to indicate the debug is no longer current - but it would help as I continue to write/edit code to see the previous quokka detail remain for reference.
