no_proxy環境変数を設定していないのに"Matched no_proxy domain"と判定される #6

no_proxy環境変数を設定していなくても、「Matched no_proxy domain」となって、ダイレクトにアクセスしようとするバグがあるようです。

適当にno_proxy=hogehogeなどと設定すると、きちんと上位のプロキシを使って通信できます。
