@ant-design-vue/nuxt版本1.2.0 当我在这里配置首页后，打包运行后，首页antdesign的样式不生效，点击其余页面样式又生效返回首页后样式生效，刷新之后样式失效

我尝试升级版本@ant-design-vue/nuxt版本1.4.5，使用a-extract-style在app.vue中包裹组件，打包运行后，首页antdesign的样式生效了，进入其余页面样式又失效了，刷新其余页面样式重新生效
