chore: bump vite-task to d05b1dc (#2403)

## Summary

- bump all Vite Task workspace dependencies from `ebe5837` to `d05b1dc`
- update the fspy missing-program assertion for Vite Task's intentional
display-formatted diagnostic
- include the upstream fix that prevents `vt_client_napi` from
activating N-API 6 in downstream workspaces
