Oreka did not record audio after holding call more than 15 seconds

Hello

I'm using oreka for the FusionPBX.
The Oreka server and FusionPBX server are in the same local network.
When I hold call for more than 15 seconds, there is no audio after holding the call.
But if I hold call for less than 15 seconds, there is audio after holding call.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Do you have a pcap file to recreate the scenario? The packet capture can help identify what is happening with the media packets after 15 seconds.

The pcap traces doesn't have the rtp data, could you share the pcap files with the rtp so that I can reproduce the issue?
