Create Process subtask: Problems, Improvements and Fixes

• - All the input titles should be in bold (Title, Description, Calendar, Start Date, End date, Tipos de Votación, Preguntas...) or add them as sub-titles like with a "H5".

• The "Remove" icon in the questions is not well placed and the behavior is not correct: (fixed in 92b6467)
  1 - Only show when there is more than 1 question.
  2 - The icon should be smaller and placed on top of the question, not in line with the question title: not valid

3 - The design should be similar to the ones in "Options". White background with red color.

• The "Tipos de votación" doesn't look good:
  
• The "Next" and "Create" buttons must be a primary CTA (be more visible).
