Admin Dashboard Subtask: Problems, Improvements and Fixes

• - The "Processos de votació" should be by default "open" (you can view the "All", "Active", etc.).
• - The "header" souldn't have the vertical space between the top part and the content:
  
• - The member dropdown should be almost a copy of the one in "vocdoni app" right now (terms and conditions, documentations, profile, org, etc.) :
  
  
• - In the "Lista de procesos" something wrong is happening (fixed already by @elboletaire):

• The "Processos de votació" should be by default "open" (you can view the "All", "Active", etc.).

The menu opens the current section. Opening a different section than the current one would require rewriting part of the menu, since it was not conceived that way.
