the Open Web Foundation Agreement 1.0 (OWFa 1.0), with an additional
attribution requirement set out in LICENSE §1.5.

"StemJSON", "StemRuntimeSDK", "StemRuntime", and the StemJSON logo are trademarks of
Vasyl Krychun. See TRADEMARK_POLICY.md for usage guidelines.

ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT

If you distribute software that implements the StemJSON specification,
you MUST include the following attribution in a reasonably discoverable
location (e.g., documentation, about screen, README, or third-party
notices):

    "StemJSON specification created by Vasyl Krychun
     https://stemjson.com"

If you distribute an iOS Application built with StemRuntimeSDK under the
freeware tier, the SDK displays a "Powered by StemJSON" notice on
physical devices at runtime, as required by §2.2(a) of the
StemRuntimeSDK EULA. A paid Commercial License removes that notice. The
StemRuntimeSDK EULA does not require a separate textual attribution
beyond the on-device notice; any additional attribution is governed by
the order form or invoice for a specific Commercial License, if any.
