New version release on PyPI

Hi everyone!

As you might be aware, `FrEIA` is one of `anomalib`'s dependencies. We have recently had an issue with `AllInOneBlock`, and just noticed that `master` branch does not have that problem. We use `FrEIA` from PyPI, and it would be great if you guys could update the PyPI version.
