Unable to pan vis-timeline on Linux Chrome

Environment
OS: RHEL 8 Or Ubuntu
Browser: Chrome - google-chrome-stable (version 125.0.6422.60.
vis-timeline version- 7.7.3

Test Steps
On a RHEL or Ubuntu environment with chrome installed, go to the vis-timeline demo: Basic Timeline: https://visjs.github.io/vis-timeline/examples/timeline/basicUsage.html
Once the screen opens, verify that you are unable to pan the timeline to the left or right.

Note
Using Chrome on a Windows Environment with the same Google Chrome Version, there are no issues with timeline panning.
Using Firefox on a Linux Environment, there are no issues with timeline panning.
