Make lumper TAP interface able to communicate with the host network #25
Description
This issue is blocked by #3, virtio net interfaces are needed in order to communicate with the virtual machine.
In this issue, implement an SDN for a single lumper instance and do it so handling several instances can be easily done. Depending on a configuration given, it should have access to a network defined on the host side.
There are questions to be answered beforehand, like whether Kaps need to be updated, so it handles its network part.
