Improve CircularBuffer

CircularBuffer sounds horrible when size is changed. This prohibits cool effects in i.e. Delayeffect.
Therefore:

Create a second, more sophisticated CircularBufferClass (cause this will be performance heavy) that stretches or shrinks Audio via SOLA interpolation when Size is Changed to fit new buffer
