Line Chart low performance

Hi! I'm using a translator, there may be mistakes, I'm sorry, thanks for the help.
I'm trying to output a large array of data from the archive with a graph, if you output more than 3000 values, performance problems start when you hover the mouse, it slows down very much, if you output even more values, the freezes will start for a few seconds. How can this problem be solved? I don't want to turn off interaction with the schedule. This will be a last resort if nothing else helps.

My chart settings look like this:

    public bool Animation { get; set; } = false;

@qiwixe Is it possible to share a quick GitHub repo with sample data with minimal code. It will be easy for us to test the scenario.

I'm new to working with git, I hope I did everything right.
I have created a small repository with an archive page and files that are used to create and structure data for the graph. All of them are located in the folder hybr.shared.
I downloaded a small fragment from the database that is used for plotting, a *.csv file in the root folder.
