This relies on changes to RDK here.
You can get this all to run locally by checking out this PR and building the module:
make module.tar.gz. Then, you can check out the RDK changes references above and run all the changes on this robot by running RDK asgo run web/cmd/server/main.go -debug -config ~/Downloads/viam-tahiya-main.json.Finally, you can observe the filtered_camera tags being successfully applied to the uploaded images.
